    If you choose to connect a calendar — such as a device calendar or a third-party platform like PlayMetrics, TeamSnap, or GameChanger:

    • We access event titles, dates, and times related to sports activities.
    • We do not access unrelated personal calendar events.
    • Calendar access is used solely to generate meal timing and nutrition suggestions.

    You may revoke calendar access at any time through your device or account settings.

    1.3 Automatically Collected Information

    We may automatically collect limited technical information, including:

    • Device type and operating system
    • App version
    • Anonymous usage metrics
    • Crash and performance data

    This data is used for security, performance, and product improvement.

    2. Children's Privacy

    Athleat.app is intended for use by parents or legal guardians. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.

    Any child-related information entered into the App is provided by the parent or guardian and remains under their control.

    If you believe we have collected personal information from a child in violation of applicable law, contact us and we will promptly delete it.

    4. AI-Powered Nutrition Coach & Third-Party AI Processing

    Athleat.app uses a third-party AI service to power the AI Nutrition Coach. When you use the AI coach, the following data may be sent to generate personalized recommendations:

    • Athlete profile information
    • Sports and activity details
    • Dietary restrictions and food preferences
    • Event schedule details
    • Approximate location
    • Your chat messages with the AI coach

    How your data is handled

    • All data is transmitted securely over HTTPS
    • Data is processed in real time and is not stored by the provider beyond the duration of the request
    • Your data is not used to train AI models
    • No athlete data is sold to or shared with any other third party

    You will be asked to review and accept these terms before using the AI Nutrition Coach for the first time. You can review your consent status at any time in your account settings.

    Inputs are processed to produce generalized outputs. We do not guarantee accuracy or suitability of AI-generated content. Data may be processed by service providers under confidentiality obligations.

    5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

    We do not sell personal data.

    We may share information only:

    • With service providers that support app functionality under contractual safeguards
    • To comply with legal obligations
    • To protect the rights, safety, or property of users or WaBam! LLC

    6. Data Retention

    We retain information only as long as necessary to provide the App and meet legal obligations.

    You may delete your account at any time, which will remove associated personal data subject to legal retention requirements.
